【News】Delegation from National Taiwan University Hospital (NTUH) Visits CYBERDYNE

On March 5, 2026, a delegation from National Taiwan University Hospital (NTUH), one of Taiwan’s leading medical institutions, visited CYBERDYNE.

NTUH is one of the largest medical institutions in Taiwan and plays a central role in advanced medical care, education, and research through a nationwide medical network consisting of its Main Hospital and multiple branch hospitals. The delegation was led by Dr. Kuo-Chin Huang, Vice Superintendent of NTUH, and included senior executives from the Main Hospital, the Cancer Center Branch, and several NTUH branch hospitals across Taiwan.

During the visit, CYBERDYNE introduced its initiatives in Cybernics Medical and Healthcare Innovation, and exchanged views with the delegation on advanced approaches in geriatric medicine and long-term care systems utilizing Cybernics technologies, which integrate bio/medical systems with AI/robotics/information systems.

This visit was realized against the backdrop of growing collaboration between Japan and Taiwan in the medical and healthcare fields. In June 2025, CYBERDYNE and National Taiwan University (NTU) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to promote international collaboration in Cybernics Medical and Healthcare Innovation. Furthermore, in November 2025, discussions on strengthening Japan–Taiwan collaboration in the medical and healthcare sectors took place at the “Joint Symposium on Cybernics Medical and Healthcare Innovation” held at National Taiwan University. The visit provided an important opportunity to further deepen exchanges and collaboration with leaders who are driving regional healthcare in Taiwan.

CYBERDYNE will continue to strengthen its collaboration with National Taiwan University and National Taiwan University Hospital and promote Cybernics Medical and Healthcare Innovation in Japan and Taiwan.
