【Campaign 】HAL at Home campaign that guarantees a full refund in case of dissatisfaction

CYBERDYNE Inc. (Tsukuba, Ibaraki, CEO: Yoshiyuki Sankai, from now on referred to as “the Company”) announced a campaign that guarantees a full refund of HAL at Home canceled within 14 days. The campaign starts from April 1, 2021, to May 31, 2021.

HAL at Home service is a service that enables users to use the world’s first Wearable Cyborg HAL at their own houses. The Company designed the service for users such as those experiencing the decline of physical functions due to aging or a stroke’s aftereffects. If the user is not satisfied*1 with the service, the user can claim a full refund of HAL at Home, including shipping costs. The user must call the Company within 14 days from the day after delivery to claim the refund.

■Eligibility for this campaign
・ This campaign is for individual customers who rent through Cyberdyne Store.
・ Please note that corporate customers are not eligible for this campaign.
・ Only the first-time user can claim the refund
(the user who renewed or extended their contract more than once is not eligible for this campaign)
・ The campaign applies to both Lumbar Type users and Single Joint users
