In order to increase the corporate value over the long term, the Company works to improve transparency and ensure compliance, while further enhancing the corporate governance of the Company. The Company regards corporate governance to be vital to build constructive relationships with its stakeholders. It is important from this standpoint not only to ensure that decisions or actions of the Company comply with laws and market regulations, but also to make sure that the Company’s endeavor is not against the needs of the society and that the Company is indeed contributing to the society. The Company also believes that high levels of transparency are essential to make corporate governance function properly. As such, the Company takes a proactive stance on disclosing information to its stakeholders, beyond what is required by laws and regulations.
