First-Time Benefit: Short-Session HAL Lumbar Type Program (one session)
The Short-Session HAL Lumbar Type Program is a form of the Neuro HALFIT One-on-One Program. It is a comprehensive program that includes approximately 20 minutes of exercise using HAL Lumbar Type and is designed to promote improvement in the function of brain-nerve-muscular systems.
International academic papers have reported that the program may help improve sit-to-stand and walking functions in older adults whose physical function has declined due to conditions such as frailty, regardless of specific diseases. Other studies have also reported potential benefits from short exercise sessions, including reduced lower back pain and improved body flexibility. Please refer to the papers listed below.
This program is intended for people who are becoming concerned about changes in their physical function, such as finding it harder to stand up or sit down, wanting to move more easily, or feeling stiffness, heaviness in the lower back, or changes in posture. We encourage eligible shareholders and their families to experience the Short-Session HAL Lumbar Type Program.
*Program details may vary depending on the Robocare Center where the service is used.

HAL Lumbar Type
HAL Lumbar Type assists the trunk and lower limbs of people with weakness in the legs and lower body. Repeated sit-to-stand movements with HAL may help improve not only walking function, but also functions related to excretion.

HAL Single Joint Type
