CYBERDYNE Inc. hereby announces that, on December 26, 2023, following the decision by the Tokyo District Court to commence bankruptcy proceedings against OCT Inc., the claims on OCT Inc. held by CYBERDYNE Inc. may be delayed or become irrecoverable due to the developments described below.
