CYBERDYNE Inc. (“the Company”) concluded its financing by issuing new shares and convertible bonds through an international offering* as the payments for the both tranches were effected on December 12, 2014 as scheduled.
* The financing was resolved at the Company’s board of directors’ meeting on November 26, 2014 and terms and conditions were determined on November 27, 2014.
